Astralis Nexus ApS allows users to debit money on the User Accounts. Users pay for time consumption, snacks and beverages, all of which is paid for directly through the accessible amount on the user. Every account is personally bound to the creator of the account, sharing is not allowed.

Prices
All prices are shown in Danish Kroner (DKK), or the currency choice of the center. All prices are shown with all taxes, VAT, and fees included.
The user selects the desired product. The money is instantly deducted from the user's card, and the same amount will be available to spend for the user.
The purchased credit has no expiration date.
Fees
All card transactions have fees. These fees are paid by Astralis NexusApS.
Payment
All information entered when purchasing at astralis.smartlaunch.com and in the client is used solely for the purpose of giving our clients a good experience. We use Adyen, Bambora, and/or Stripe for PSP and card acquiring. All transactions are handled in compliance with current laws.
We accept the following cards and payments
VISA-Dankort, JCB, VISA, Maestro, Discover, UnionPay, MasterCard, and MobilePay.
Unauthorized use
By purchasing our services, the client accepts that he or she carries the full responsibility of the user's available funds. This includes the risks involved in losing the card, or lending it out. The spent amount will at all times be limited to the funds available on the user's account.
Refunds
All purchases of Game Time and funds added to your account are final and non-refundable. Any amounts spent or deposited into your account cannot be reimbursed under any circumstances. For questions or concerns contact us at info@astralisnexus.gg.
Complaints
Complaints regarding Astralis Nexus ApS’ service and/or products must be presented to Astralis Nexus ApS immediately with the aim of finding a mutually beneficial solution.
Cancellation Rights
Bookings can be canceled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled date and time. If a cancellation is requested less than 24 hours before the booking, no refund will be provided for the reserved seats. However, the corresponding gaming hours will be credited to your account(s) for future use. To cancel a booking, you must send an email to info@astralisnexus.gg with your information. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.
Changes
Astralis Nexus ApS reserves the right to change and to update the terms and conditions for astralisnexus.gg and astralis.smartlaunch.com at all times. We recommend our users to stay updated and acknowledge such changes. Should there be any ambiguities leading to questions, please contact Astralis Nexus ApS: +45 31 41 15 16.
Privacy policy
We do not sell any information to third parties. Your information will only be stored in our client database. You can at all times ask to have your information erased.
To register for Astralis Nexus ApS’ services and products, we need the following information:

- Phone number
- E-mail address
We register this information to provide our products and services. Personal information is stored for 5 years, and is afterwards erased. You are at all times able to contact us to see, what information has been saved.
Cookies
We use cookies on astralisnexus.gg and astralis.smartlaunch.com to improve the user experience and the site's functionality. You can always erase cookies from your browser in the browser configurations.
Subscription
You may terminate your membership at any time with one month's notice to the end of a month. You may terminate your subscription in person at Astralis Nexus or online via our website. For further guidance or questions, please contact our staff or via email at info@astralisnexus.gg.
During the term of the subscription, the user is not entitled to further compensation in connection with other offers.
